Making a tracked link or QR code

Pro

On Links & QR, fill in Generate Tracked QR Code with a name, a purpose and where the link goes, then press Generate QR to get the link and its QR code.

In your dashboard: People > Links & QR > Generate Tracked QR Code > the Generate QR button

  1. Open Links & QR and press Create New Link. It takes you to the Generate Tracked QR Code panel.

  2. Type a Link / Campaign Name you will recognise later, such as Printed cards, box of 500. Only you see it, and it can be up to 60 characters.

  3. Choose a Channel / Purpose: where the link will live. See Choosing a Channel / Purpose.

  4. Choose Where should it go? Most links go to My card. See Where a link can send people.

  5. Only for My website and A web address I choose: type the address in Web address, starting with https://.

  6. Press Generate QR.

Your new link appears under Active QR Codes & Tracking Links, with its QR code, its address, PNG and SVG downloads, Copy Link and Delete. If the web address does not look right, the screen says so and nothing is made.

Take care

Once a link is made, its name and its purpose cannot be changed. Where it goes can, with Change where it goes under the link. See Changing where a printed code goes.

On the free plan the panel shows no form: it says the free plan comes with one link, your card's own QR code. See How many links can I have?.

Making more links comes with Pro, which is $0.99 a month.
