Seeing what each link is doing

All plans

On Links & QR, What each link is doing lists every link with its scans, the phones and computers that came through it, the people who wrote to you and its last scan.

In your dashboard: People > Links & QR > What each link is doing

Last updated

  1. Open Links & QR.

  2. Look at the first panel, What each link is doing. It shows once you have a link: one row per link, with the numbers side by side, so you can see which code is doing the work.

  • Link: the name you gave it. Your card's own is marked the card's own.
  • Goes to: where it sends people.
  • Scans: every time it was opened, by a scan or a tap. See What counts as a scan?.
  • Devices: the phones and computers that first came to your card through this link, each counted once.
  • Wrote to you: the people who sent you their details on your card's Stay in touch form after arriving through this link.
  • Last scan: the day of the most recent scan, or Never.

These numbers count from the day each link was made. A link that does not open your card (Save my contact, My website or A web address I choose) counts only its scans. See Where a link can send people.

For one period

To see a period such as the last 7 days, open Analytics and look at Per link: the same three numbers for the period you choose. See A tour of Analytics.
