Which buttons and links people tap
ProInteractive Links & Actions lists every button on your card with how many times it was pressed in the period, and what share of your views that is.
In your dashboard: Insights > Analytics > Interactive Links & Actions (CTR)

Interactive Links & Actions (CTR) on Analytics has a row for each button on your card, busiest first. A button nobody pressed is still listed, at 0.
- The button's name as your card shows it, and a small tag for its kind, such as Call, Messaging, Web or Social.
- Where it goes, such as your number or your website.
- How many times it was pressed in the period, shown as a number followed by the word clicks.
- The share of your card's views in which it was pressed, shown as a percentage followed by CTR. CTR means click-through rate: presses divided by views.
The buttons counted are calling, text messages, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, your website, directions, saving your contact, ways to pay and booking a time. All your social profiles share one row, Social profiles, because presses on them are counted together. Other kinds of button are not counted, so they are not listed.
A button you have since taken off your card still shows if it was pressed in the period, because the presses really happened.
