Is there a record of changes on my account?
All plansYes: we keep a record of the important things done on your account, with when and by which sign-in, but there is no screen for it in your dashboard.
In your dashboard: Help > the Direct Concierge Support form
Last updated
We keep a record of the important things done on your account, for example publishing your card, downloading your contacts, starting or ending a plan or an add-on, inviting people and handing over seats on a team, and deleting the account. Each entry says what happened, when, and which sign-in did it.
The record is not removed after a set time. It stays even after an account is deleted, so a question about something that happened can still be answered.
People reminds you of it above the list: Downloading the list is recorded.
