Can your team read my contacts?
All plansWe store your contacts for you and use them only to run your card; our team does not look through them, and looks at your account only when you ask us to fix something.
On the Privacy Policy page: What we store about someone who writes to a card holder
Last updated
The people who write to you through your card are your contacts. You decide what to do with them; we store them and move them for you, and only to run your card, as our Terms say.
- We do not sell them, give them to anyone else, or write to them for our own purposes.
- Our team does not look through them.
- If you ask us to look at a problem on your account, we may need to see it the way you see it to fix it, and only for that.
On a company card, what people send to a team member's card goes to the company, and the company's owner and admins can download it. See Whose contacts are these on a company account?.
If one of your contacts asks us to erase their details, we do it, whether or not you have removed them yourself. See Somebody asked me to delete their details.
