What happens to my contacts if my plan ends?

Nothing is deleted when your plan ends. Your card stays up, and its Stay in touch form keeps working.

• Everyone who wrote to you before the plan ended stays on People, and you can still download them.
• People who write while the plan has lapsed are kept but not shown. A note on People says how many are waiting, and they appear as soon as the plan is back.
• The list of phones and computers that opened your card stays too.

While the plan has lapsed, your monthly message credits are paused and messages that send themselves stop. Credits from a pack you bought stay yours, and you can spend them on the people you met before the plan stopped. See What happens when I run out of credits?.
