Can I message people on WhatsApp from here?
Answered by the team
Only people who have written to you first, and that is not a setting anybody can turn off. Every Pro card can carry the WhatsApp button, which opens a chat to you with a message already typed. The add-on goes further and lets replies be answered automatically - a welcome, a short sequence, a reminder - but the first word is always theirs.
