Is your WhatsApp connection official?
Answered by the team
No, and we say so on the screen before you can connect anything. It works the way WhatsApp Web does: you scan a code and the number stays yours. Using it this way may break WhatsApp's own rules, and WhatsApp can block or ban any number at any time without saying why. If that happens it is your number and your risk. We would rather you knew that before you pressed the button than after.
