The PDF. It is the card at its real size with bleed and crop marks, and the lettering is carried as shapes, so the printer never has to own the font. The PNG is for a screen and the SVG is for a designer who wants to open the shapes, but if somebody asks you for print-ready artwork, send the PDF.
