The printer says my file is low resolution. What now?
Answered by the team
Check what resolution it is at the size it prints: 300 dots per inch or better is right, 200 to 299 will print but may look a little soft, and under 200 comes out blurry. Our own check says which of the three your file is, in a plain sentence, before anybody prints it. Usually the culprit is a logo saved for a website being stretched to fill a card.
