What you can change
The words first: your name, your job, your company, a line about what you do, and the ways you want to be reached. Every design rearranges itself around the ones you fill in and leaves out the ones you do not.
Then the look. Each design has its own colour dots and more than one set of lettering, so the same layout can read quiet and formal or loud and modern. Your logo and your photo go in where the design has a place for them.
Then the shape of the card: the size, which side you are working on, and whether there is anything on the back at all.
What you are not asked to do is start from an empty rectangle. Every template is a finished card; customising it means changing a card that already works rather than building one from nothing.

Questions about custom cards
Can I upload my own logo?
Yes. Designs with a logo slot take yours, and it is drawn at print resolution in the export rather than stretched from a small picture.
Can I change the colours to my brand's?
Yes. Each design carries its own colour dots and the card redraws as you tap them, so you can match a brand without opening design software.
Can I use my own photograph?
On the designs with a photo slot, yes. The sample pictures are there to show the shape; yours takes their place.
How custom can it get?
You choose the layout, the colours, the lettering, the size, the words and what appears on each side. What you cannot do is draw new shapes; this is a card maker, not a drawing program.
Does a custom card cost more?
Not here. Designing and downloading cost nothing whichever template you start from and however much you change it.
