The Consultations screen: 1-on-1 sessions

1. Open Consultations in the menu, under Your Card. The screen is called 1-on-1 sessions.

People open your booking page, pick a session and a free time, shown in their own time zone, and leave their name and email. Paid sessions are paid on your own payment page. See How people pay you: your own payment links.

Your booking page

The Your booking page panel shows its address with Copy, Preview and Show the QR code. It opens to visitors once your card is published and Take bookings is on in the Settings tab.

Bookings

Next session shows the session you have next. Below it, Upcoming and Past list every booking: its number, a pill (Awaiting payment, Confirmed or Cancelled), the time in your time zone, the session, whether it is online or in person, the price, and the person's name, email, phone and note.

• Mark paid: once the money reaches you. The booking is confirmed, and the person gets an email with the meeting link or the address.
• Cancel: after you confirm, the person gets an email. Refunds are between you and them.
• Open the booking page: the page the person sees.
• Download CSV: every booking, to open in a spreadsheet.

Session types

What people can book, each with its length, its price and where it happens. Add a session type adds one. Under each are Edit, Hide or Show, Move up and Move down, and Delete. A line under a session says what is missing before it can be booked, such as its payment link. See Adding a session people can book.

Availability

When people can book you, in your own time zone, which you change in Settings. Tick each day you take sessions and give it one or more times, from and to. + Add a window adds another time on the same day, and Remove takes one away. The first time you open the tab, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00, is filled in for you.

• Blocked dates: days you are away.
• Minimum notice (hours): how soon a session can start after someone books it. 12 unless you change it.
• Buffer between sessions (minutes): a gap kept free after each session.
• How far ahead people can book (days): 30 unless you change it.
• Cancel cut-off (hours before the start): until when people can cancel their own booking. 24 unless you change it.

Press Save availability. A booking of any session blocks that time for all your sessions, so nobody can book you twice at once.

Settings

• Take bookings: switches your booking page on or off.
• Page title and Short line: the words at the top of your booking page.
• Money: the money your prices are in.

Press Save settings when you are done.

On your card

While bookings are on and a session can be booked, your card shows a block with up to three of your sessions and a button to book one. See Turning sections on and off, and their order.
