How people pay you: your own payment links
Pro + StorePro + EventsPro + ConsultationsPeople pay you on your own payment page, through a link you add to each product, ticket type or session, and you mark things paid once the money reaches you; we take no money.
In your dashboard: Your Card > Store > the Settings tab > Store-wide payment link (optional)

Your store, your events and your 1-on-1 sessions never ask for a card number themselves. Each one sends people to a payment page of your own, such as a payment link from the service you already use to get paid. The money goes straight to you: we take no money and no commission, and we never see the payment.
Two kinds of link
- A fixed-price link charges one set amount. You can add one to a product, a ticket type or a session, for that one thing.
- A link where the buyer types the amount can take any total. Your store can have one for the whole cart, and each event can have one for its tickets. Promo codes work only through this kind, because only it can take a lower total.
In your store
On Store, a product's form has Its own payment link (optional), and the Settings tab has Store-wide payment link (optional). With the store-wide link, the buyer pays the whole order at once and is shown the total to type. Without it, their order page has a button for each product's own link.
A product with a price and neither link stays out of your store. A free product needs no link: its order completes with no pay step.
For an event
In an event's editor, the Tickets step has The event's payment link, where the buyer types the amount, and each paid ticket type can have This ticket type's own payment link, a fixed-price link. A ticket type with no link of its own is paid through the event's link. Until you mark a ticket paid, its pass reads Awaiting payment and has a button to pay you.
For a 1-on-1 session
On Consultations, each paid session needs Its own payment link. A free session is confirmed at once. A paid one reads Awaiting payment until you mark it paid, and only then does the person see the meeting link or the address.
Marking things paid
When the money reaches you, press Mark paid: on an order in the Orders tab of Store, on a registration in an event's Attendees tab, or on a booking in Consultations. The person gets an email: their order is paid, their pass is valid, or their session is confirmed with its meeting link or address.
At the door, the scanner can mark a ticket paid for someone who pays there. See Checking people in at the door. The Sales marked paid numbers on Store and Events add up only what you marked paid.
Refunds are between you and the person who paid. We cannot send money back, because it never reaches us.
Selling from your card is three add-ons to your plan, each $0.99 a month: the Store, Events and Consultations. Each opens its own screen. See The add-ons: location alerts, packs, WhatsApp, store, events, bookings.
