Your store: the Store screen, tab by tab

1. Open Store in the menu, under Your Card. Here is what it shows, from top to bottom.

Your store is a page at your card's own address, such as yourname.visitingcards.store/store. People pick products, put them in a cart and send you an order, then pay you on your own payment page. We take no money and no commission. See How people pay you: your own payment links.

Your store's link

The Your store panel shows the address with Copy and Preview. Show the QR code opens a code a phone camera can scan, and Download the QR code saves it, for a flyer, a price tag or your counter.

The pill says Live once the store is open. Until then it says Not open yet, with a line saying what to do first: publish your card, then switch on Open my store in the Settings tab.

The three numbers

• Sales marked paid: the orders you marked paid, added up for each kind of money.
• Orders: every order, with how many are paid in brackets.
• Live products: the products shown in your store that have a way to pay.

Products

The Products tab lists what you sell, with a filter for each kind: All, Digital, Physical, Service and Membership. Each product shows its picture, its price (and an earlier price struck through, if you gave one), its kind, and Featured or Hidden when that is so. When you count stock, it says how many are left, or Sold out.

• Edit opens the product's form.
• Hide takes it out of the store without deleting it, and Show brings it back.
• Move up and Move down change the order it is shown in.
• Delete removes it, after you confirm. Orders already placed keep their lines.

A product with a price and no way to pay has a line under it saying so, and it stays out of your store until you add its own payment link or a store-wide one.

Add a product opens an empty form. With no products yet, you can also start from Digital guide / e-book or Workshop or session, which fill in the form for you, or from Start from nothing. See Adding or changing a product.

Orders

Each order shows its number and a pill: Awaiting payment, Paid, Cancelled, or Complete for a free order. Under it are the buyer's name, email and phone, what they ordered, any promo code, the total, their note, and the delivery address when a product is physical. The pills at the top show one kind of order at a time, 25 to a page.

• Mark paid: press it once the money has reached you. The buyer gets an email saying so.
• Cancel: cancels the order, after you confirm. The buyer gets an email, and the stock and the use of the promo code come back.
• Open the buyer's order page: the page the buyer sees, with the way to pay.
• Download CSV: every order, to open in a spreadsheet.

Sales

The Sales tab adds up the orders you marked paid, by month and by kind of money, and Download CSV saves them. We never see the money: it goes to your own payment page.

Promo codes

The Promo codes tab makes codes a buyer types at checkout. They work only when your store takes one payment for the whole order. See Promo codes for your store and your events.

Settings

• Open my store: switches your store on or off.
• Store title and Short line: the words at the top of your store.
• Store-wide payment link (optional): one payment page where the buyer types the amount, for the whole cart. See How people pay you: your own payment links.
• After you pay: a line shown on the pay step and in the buyer's email, saying how they get what they bought.
• Money: the money your prices are in. Change it before your first sale.

Press Save settings when you are done.

On your card

While your store is open and has something to buy, your card shows it in a block of its own, with up to three products: the ones you chose to feature, or else the first ones in your order. You can move that block or switch it off like any other part of your card. See Turning sections on and off, and their order.
