How many credits do I get each month?

Pro, which is $0.99 a month, comes with 20 message credits every month. They arrive on the same day each month as the day your plan started. The Next 20 credits count on Notify shows the date of the next ones.

In a month that is too short for that day, such as the 31st, they arrive on the month's last day instead.

On a team, the monthly credits are one pool for everybody: 20 for each seat you pay for, so a team paying for 10 seats gets 200 a month, and the count on Notify shows how many the next ones bring. Seats you buy during a month add their credits from the next month's credits. When you pay for fewer seats, this month's credits come down at once to 20 for each seat you still pay for; credits already sent stay sent, and pack credits are never touched. Seats that are not paid for do not add credits. Each seat's page on Team shows how many credits that person's card used this month.

Monthly credits do not pile up. Whatever is left of last month's 20 goes when the new 20 arrive, which is why they are spent before any pack credits.

The free plan has no monthly credits, because sending messages is part of Pro. While your plan has lapsed, the monthly credits are paused, and they come back when the plan does.
