A message credit pays for one message to one person. Send one notification to 40 people and it costs 40 credits.
You see the cost before you send. After Count them, the line beside it says how many people the group reaches and how many credits that is, and the send button shows the number of people.
Your credits are shown at the top of Notify, in two kinds:
- Monthly credits left: the 20 that come with Pro each month. See How many credits do I get each month?.
- Pack credits left: credits you bought in a pack. They never expire. See Buying a credit pack.
Monthly credits are spent first, because they are the ones that run out. Pack credits are used only after them.
The same credits pay for messages that send themselves and for messages on your wallet pass. One message to one person is one credit, wherever it arrives.
While your plan is active, a message that cannot be delivered because the phone has gone gives its credit back, as a monthly credit.
