Buying a credit pack
ProA credit pack adds 200 message credits that never expire, bought once from Billing or Notify, and while you hold one a person can get two messages from you a day.

A credit pack is 200 message credits for $9.99 once. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription, and the credits never expire.
Open Billing from the sidebar and find the Notification Pack. The same offer is on Notify, under Message credits.
On Billing, under Select Quantity, press the button for one pack or for five. Each button shows the credits and the price.
Pay on the secure payment page, which shows the exact amount before you pay.
Come back to your dashboard. Your credits appear within a few seconds, and your invoice is emailed to you.
Pack credits are spent only after your monthly ones, so buying a pack never wastes the ones you already have. While you hold pack credits, one person can get two messages from you in a day instead of one.
If your plan lapses, your pack credits stay yours, and you can spend them on the people you met before the plan stopped.
Who can buy one
Packs are for accounts on Pro, and only the account owner can buy one. A free account is not offered a pack, because sending messages is part of Pro.
If a pack is refunded, the credits left from it are taken back. Credits you already used are not.
