When to buy a credit pack

Pro gives you 20 message credits on each monthly anniversary; unused ones expire at the next. A pack adds 200 more that never expire, spent only after your monthly credits are gone, so nothing you already have goes to waste.

A pack is $9.99 once.

Packs are offered to Pro accounts, and to an account whose plan has ended, because sending notifications is part of Pro. A free account is not offered one.

Buy one when

• You want to message more people in a month than your monthly credits reach.
• You want to send two messages to the same person in one day: a pack lifts the daily limit from one to two.

Buying one

1. Open Billing and find the notification pack card under Add-ons.

2. Press its button. Each press buys one pack.

3. Pay on the secure payment page. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription, and your invoice is emailed to you.

The Notification Pack Credit tile at the top of Billing shows how many pack credits you have left.

If your plan stops, you cannot take on new people, but you can carry on messaging the people you had met with the credits you have already bought. See Buying a credit pack.
