Running a banner in everyone's signature
Company accountsUnder Campaign banners, press New campaign, add a name, a banner picture, where it links, the first and last day and who carries it, then press Make the campaign.
In your dashboard: Your Card > Signatures > the Email Signature Manager > the Campaign banners tab
Last updated
Open Email Signature Manager and, under Campaign banners, press New campaign.
Give it a Name, up to 80 characters.
Add the Banner picture: a PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 5 MB.
Type its Destination, the page the banner opens. Leave it empty and the banner opens the person's own card.
Pick the First day and the Last day. The last day counts: the banner runs to the end of it.
In Who carries it, leave the word all for everybody, or type one department as it is written on people's cards.
Press Make the campaign.
Each campaign shows as Scheduled, Active or Ended. Edit opens its form again, with Save changes.
- On a running campaign, End now makes today its last day. On its last day the row says Today is its last day instead.
- On a campaign that has not started yet, Remove takes it away, and it never shows.
Whose signature carries it
On any day, a person's signature carries the active campaign for their own department, or else the one for everybody. It shows when they have Marketing Campaign Banner ticked and have not added a banner of their own. With Campaign banner locked in the company template, it shows under everybody's signature whatever they chose. See Setting a company template and locking fields.
Departments match whatever the capital letters: Sales and sales are the same department.
A signature in an email program is a copy. A new banner reaches someone's emails only after they copy their signature again, and a banner that has ended stays in their emails until they do. Use Send instructions when a campaign starts and when it ends. See Sending signature instructions to your team.
Counting the banner
Each campaign has a tracked link of its own, shown as its own row on Links & QR, and the count beside the campaign is the openings of that link. A banner with a Destination goes through that link to the destination, so its clicks count there. A banner with no destination opens the person's card and counts in their signature's openings. See Signature analytics.
