Signature analytics
Company accountsThe Analytics panel of the Email Signature Manager shows how often your team's signatures were opened, campaign clicks, how many signatures are live and your top department.
In your dashboard: Your Card > Signatures > the Email Signature Manager > the Analytics tab
Last updated
At the bottom of Email Signature Manager, Analytics shows four numbers, counted from the start:
- Signature opens: every time somebody opened one of your team's signature links, across every seat. A click on the card link in an email and a phone camera pointed at the QR code open the same link, so they are one number.
- Campaign clicks: the openings of every campaign's own tracked link.
- Signatures live: the seats whose signature has been saved at least once, out of all your seats. A seat that reads Locked counts only once its person has saved theirs.
- Top department: the department whose people's signatures were opened most, or Nothing yet.
Under Team signatures, each person's row shows how many times their signature was opened, and under Campaign banners each campaign shows its own count.
What is not counted
- How many times a signature was seen: nothing tells us when an email is read.
- Clicks on a campaign banner that has no destination: it opens the person's card, so they count in Signature opens.
- Clicks on a banner in a signature copied before banner clicks were counted: that banner opens its destination directly. Copy the signature again from the Email Signatures tab and paste it in again, and they count.
- Clicks on a banner whose campaign link was pointed somewhere else on Links & QR: the banner then opens the campaign's own destination directly, so people still land where the campaign says, uncounted. Saving the campaign puts its link back in step.
