Disconnecting your number
Pro + WhatsAppPress Disconnect this number on the WhatsApp screen; your number is signed out from us, and messages waiting to go out stay until you connect again.
In your dashboard: People > WhatsApp > the Your number tab > the Disconnect this number button

Open WhatsApp, on the Your number tab.
Under your number, press Disconnect this number.
The screen says Your number is disconnected. Nothing more goes out from your number, and it disappears from the list in WhatsApp on your phone. Messages that were waiting to go out stay where they are.
To connect again, or to connect a different number, press Connect my number and scan the new code. See Connecting your number.
Disconnecting does not remove the add-on from your plan. To stop paying for it, press Remove on its card on Billing.
