My number shows as disconnected
Pro + WhatsAppScan the code on the WhatsApp screen again with the same phone; if no code comes, disconnect the number and connect it again.
In your dashboard: People > WhatsApp > the Your number tab

A number connected this way can drop now and then, for example when the link is removed on the phone or WhatsApp is set up again on it. We email the account's owner when it happens.
Open WhatsApp, on the Your number tab. It says the number is not connected at the moment.
Scan the code shown there with the same phone, the way you did the first time. See Connecting your number.
If no code comes, press Disconnect this number, then Connect my number, and scan the new code.
Messages waiting to go out stay where they are while the number is down, and go once it is connected again.
If the screen says WhatsApp has restricted the number, messages wait until WhatsApp lifts it. Scanning again does not help while it is restricted.
