What the WhatsApp add-on does

The add-on connects your own WhatsApp number to your card. Once it is connected:

• When somebody writes to you, they get your card straight back, once, with a short hello from you.
• Follow-ups, a note to people you have not heard from in a while, a message after an event and holiday greetings can go out on their own. See Messages that send themselves.
• You can send one message to everybody who has written to you. See Sending one message to everyone.
• You can set a message to one person for a day you pick, and birthday and anniversary wishes. See Birthday, anniversary and other reminders.
• Every message in and out is listed in What has been sent. See What has been sent.

We never message anyone first. Everything goes only to people who have already written to you on WhatsApp. See Who can I message?.

The add-on is $4.99 a month on top of Pro. While Pro or the add-on is off, anything waiting to go out simply waits, and it goes on by itself when both are back.
