Deleting your card

Your account holds one card, so deleting your card means deleting your account, which is done at the bottom of Settings.

In your dashboard: Home > Share & QR > the Delete this card button

Your account holds one card. On the Share & QR screen's Settings tab, Delete this card takes you to Delete this account at the bottom of Settings, because deleting the card is deleting the account.

  1. If you pay for Pro or an add-on, cancel it on Billing first. Until it is set to end, Delete my account is greyed.

  2. Open Settings and scroll to Delete this account.

  3. Type the word the box asks for, exactly as it is shown: your card's address without .visitingcards.store.

  4. Press Delete my account, then Delete it all to confirm, or Keep my account to stop.

Take care

This cannot be undone. Your card, its design, its links and their QR codes, the list of phones and computers that opened it, the people who wrote to you and every message anyone sent you are removed, and anyone who scans an old QR code finds nothing.
