Yes - the company turns it on per member. Switch their seat to the full dashboard, then press Turn on beside WhatsApp from their own number on the seat's page: it is added to your team's plan and the rest of the period is charged at once, and their WhatsApp opens when that payment goes through. They accept the terms for their own number, connect it and use the WhatsApp screens on their own card only, and they never see a price. Turning it off signs their number out, with the unused days off your next bill; handing the seat on or closing it also cancels anything still waiting to go from that number.
