How do I invite somebody to their card?

Team in the sidebar, add a seat, invite by email. They get a link that sets their password and lands them on their own card; somebody whose email already has a login signs in on that page and takes the seat with it. The link works once and lasts seven days, and Revoke and Send again sit on the same screen. The seat's card is live from the moment you make it, so a code printed on day one never lands on a page that does not exist.
