Can my staff change the design of their own card?

Only if you let them. On a Locked card - where every new seat starts - the design is the company's: a member changes only their own words, on one screen, and the card wears your look. On a seat's page you can switch that person to the full dashboard, where they design their own card and use the card screens on their card only. Either way they never see the other seats, the company's other contacts or the billing.
