What can I put on a free card?
Your name, your phone numbers and your email addresses, in your own colours, with the Stay in touch form. See What can I change on a free card?.
How many designs are there?
There are 15 designs in five families, and choosing one is part of Pro. See Choosing a design.
Can I add my photo and my logo?
Yes, with Pro: a photo, a logo and a cover picture, each a PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 5 MB. See Adding your photo, logo and cover picture.
How do I add and order my buttons?
With Pro: add them from the field list in My Card, then put them in order on the Buttons tab. See Adding and ordering your buttons.
Why don't my changes show on my card?
Your edits are a draft until you publish them. See How do I publish my card?.
Can I take my card offline for a while?
Yes: pause it on the Share & QR screen, and nothing is deleted. See Pausing your card for a while.
Will my card show up in Google?
Search engines may list a published card to begin with, and one switch in Settings keeps yours out; on a company account the owner's switch covers every member on Locked card, and the company page is never listed. See Keeping your card out of Google, or letting it in.
Can I have a printed card that matches?
Yes, with Pro: pick a printed card that matches your card's design, and once you save it in Print Design, visitors can open it from your card. See A printed card to match your digital card.
Can I change my card's address?
A card on its own keeps its address, because it is on your QR codes and printed cards; on a company's team, the owner can change the team's address once, and a seat can be given a new address. See Your card's address.
Can people send me their details from my card?
Yes, on every plan, through the Stay in touch form, and every message is kept; you read what they send on People with Pro. See Setting up the Stay in touch form.
