What is VisitingCards.store?

A card of your own on the web, at your own address, that anyone can open on a phone, plus free tools to design a printed card: see What is VisitingCards.store?.

Do people need an app to open my card?

No. Your card opens in the browser their phone or computer already has: see Do I need an app to open a card?.

How long does it take to set up?

A first card needs only your name, an email and a phone number, so it can be on the web a few minutes after you sign up. The route is in Your first 10 minutes on a free account.

Is it really free?

Yes: the free plan is free for ever, with no trial and no card details asked for. See Do I need to pay to try this?.

What does Pro cost?

Pro is $0.99 a month, and it opens every field, picture, design and button. See What does Pro include and cost?.

Does it work in my country?

Yes: cards open anywhere, and prices show in your own money with the dollar price beside them. See Which currency am I charged in?.

Can I get printed cards?

Yes: design one for free in Print Design and download it for a print shop or your own printer, or order printed cards from us. Start with Designing a printed card: a tour.

Can I use an NFC tag?

Yes: our print shop makes Frosted Transparent Plastic with NFC Chip and Anodized Black Matte Aluminum NFC cards with your card's address on every chip, or write your card's address, or on Pro a tracked link, onto an NFC tag or card of your own. See Can I use an NFC tag or card?.

Can everyone on my team have a card?

Yes: a company account gives each person a seat and a card at your company's address, and company cards are cheaper per person than Pro on your own. See Setting up your company's cards.

What does a company card cost?

A seat is $0.79 a month, against $0.99 a month for Pro on your own, with at least 5 seats. See What a seat costs, and why blocks of five.

What do the add-ons cost?

On top of your plan, location alerts on iPhone are $4.99 a month for one place or $3.33 a month for up to 10 (with Pro + Wallet), WhatsApp is $4.99 a month, and the Store, Events and Consultations add-ons are $0.99 a month each. The wallet pass comes with the Pro + Wallet plan, $2.99 a month; see The add-ons: location alerts, packs, WhatsApp, store, events, bookings.

Can I have more than one card?

A personal account holds one card. For several people, use a company account: see Can I have more than one card?.

What do you keep about me?

What you put in your account and on your card, your plan and invoices, what people send you through your card, and records of the visits to your card, such as the country and city they came from. The details are in What do you keep about me?.

How do I cancel Pro?

On Billing, where your plan is cancelled at the end of the time you have paid for. See How do I cancel?.
