I made a card in the free maker. Does it come with me?

Yes: press the link under your card in the free maker that offers to make it a digital card too, sign up with your email, and your details and design come with you.

The free maker needs no account at all: type your details, pick a design and download the print files. What you type is kept in your browser, so a refresh or coming back the next day does not lose it.

Bringing your design with you

  1. In the free maker, type your details and pick a design.

  2. Under your card, press the link that offers to make it a digital card too, for free. It says business card or visiting card, depending on where you are.

  3. The sign-up page opens with the note We've brought your card design from the maker along with you. Your address is suggested from the name you typed.

  4. Fill in the rest of the form and press Create your free card. See How do I create an account?.

Your first card starts with the details you typed in the maker, and the design you picked becomes your first print design, ready in Print Design.

Good to know

It works only in the browser you used the maker in, and only with the email sign-up. Signing up with Google or Apple, or for a company, starts a fresh card.

On the free plan your card shows your name, your email and your phone number. The other details you typed in the maker, such as your job title, are kept, and they show on your card once you have Pro. See What can I change on a free card?.
