Your card: Draft, Live, Hidden
Home's banner and the top of My Card show one of these:
- Draft: your card has never been published, so your address shows nothing yet. Press Publish on My Card. See How do I publish my card?.
- Live on the web (Live on web on My Card): your card is published and anyone with your link or QR code can open it.
- Hidden: your card is paused. Nothing is deleted. To bring it back, untick Pause Card on the Share & QR screen and press Save Settings, or publish again. See Pausing your card for a while.
Your account: Active, Hidden, Lapsed, Disabled
The pill beside your account's name in the top bar shows one of these:
- Active: all is well.
- Hidden: your card is paused, as above.
- Lapsed: your paid plan has ended. Your card stays live, with a light VisitingCards.store mark across it, and people can still write to you. Start Pro again on Billing and it is back to normal. See What happens to my card after I cancel?.
- Disabled: your account is switched off. Your card does not show at its address, and nothing can be bought. Write to us and we will look into it. See How do I get a person to look at my problem?.
