Your dashboard lives at your own address, such as yourname.visitingcards.store/admin. When you sign in it opens by itself: on My Card until your card has been published, and on Home after that.
The bar across the top
- Your account's name, which always takes you back to Home, and a pill saying what state your account is in. See What Draft, Live, Hidden, Lapsed and Disabled mean.
- On a computer, your card's address with a copy button beside it. Press it and the bar says Address copied.
- View my card, which opens your live card in a new tab.
- Sign out.
- Your photo, once your card has one.
The menu down the side
Home is at the top. Under it your screens come in three groups:
- Your Card: My Card, Print Design, Wallet, Signatures, Backgrounds, Store, Events, Scan tickets and Consultations.
- People: People, Notify, WhatsApp and Links & QR.
- Insights: Analytics.
Below them, the Membership box names your plan. On the free plan it has an Upgrade to Pro button that opens Billing, with the price under it. Under the box are Team, Review us, Help, Settings and Billing.
On a phone
Tap the menu button, the three lines at the top left, to open the same menu.
Tap a screen to open it; the menu closes by itself. To close it without choosing, tap the cross or anywhere outside it.
Some screens are greyed on the free plan, or need an add-on on Pro. You can still open them and see what they do. See Why are some screens greyed out?.
Were you given a card by your company? On a Locked card your dashboard has one screen, your own card. If your company switched your seat to the full dashboard, you have the card screens too, all for your own card. See You've been given a company card and Your full dashboard as a team member.
