All plansCopy your signature, then in Gmail open See all settings, make a new signature on the General tab, paste it, choose it as your default and save.
In your dashboard: Your Card > Signatures > the Copy Signature for Email button > How to Install in Your Email Client
Last updated
On Signatures, press Copy Signature for Email.
In Gmail on a computer, click the Gear icon (Settings), then See all settings.
On the General tab, scroll down to the Signature section.
Click + Create new, give the signature a name, and paste it into the box (Ctrl+V, or Cmd+V on a Mac).
Under Signature defaults, choose your new signature, then click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
The same steps are on the Signatures screen, under How to Install in Your Email Client, on its Gmail tab.
Paste the signature, not its code. If the box fills with symbols and angle brackets, copy again with Copy Signature for Email.
The Gmail app on a phone uses a signature setting of its own. See Using your signature in email apps on your phone.
