Using your signature in email apps on your phone
All plansEmail apps on phones keep a signature of their own and many take text only, so set your full signature up on a computer and paste what your phone's app accepts.
In your dashboard: Your Card > Signatures > the Copy Signature for Email button
Last updated
The signature you add in Gmail, Outlook or Mail on a computer is used when you send from there. The email apps on your phone usually have a signature setting of their own.
Putting it on your phone
Open your dashboard in your phone's browser and go to Signatures.
Press Copy Signature for Email.
Open your email app's signature setting and paste. For Mail on an iPhone or iPad, that is in the Settings app, under Mail and Signature.
Send yourself an email to see what came through.
What comes through
It depends on the app. Some keep the whole signature. Many take text only: then you get the plain version the button also copies, one line each for your name and title, company, phone, email, website and a link to your card, without the photo, the QR code or the colours. The link to your card still works and is still counted.
