What's on your card, top to bottom

All plans

From the header at the top to the Privacy link at the bottom, here is every part of your card in the order visitors see it.

On your card: from your name down to Privacy and Report this card

Last updated

Every card is built the same way. The top is always the same; on Pro, everything under your name follows the order you set on the Sections tab.

The top

  • The header: a cover in the style you chose, with your photo (or your logo, or your initials) and your logo.
  • The Apple Wallet and Google Wallet buttons, when your pass can be added. See What is a wallet pass?.
  • Your name, with your pronouns and your name in another script, then your job title and department, your company, your accreditations and your headline.
  • Save contact beside your name, when it is one of your buttons but not the big one.

Under your name

In the standard order:

  • Your buttons: the big button, three more under it (four on designs with a grid), and the rest under More ways to reach.
  • Save this card to your phone: how to keep your card on a phone's home screen and, on Pro, Card Notifications for visitors who want updates from you.
  • Stay in touch: the form where visitors send you their details.
  • Your social links, as a row of icons.
  • Every section you switched on: your contact details (phones, emails, addresses, websites and your own links), about you, services, products, gallery, videos, audio, embeds, brochures, testimonials, your team, questions, events, a promo code, ways to pay, guest Wi-Fi, opening hours, a map, business facts, your own words and your card's QR code.
  • A link to see your printed card, once you have saved a print design.

The bottom

  • Share this card, unless Share is already one of your buttons.
  • On a free card, a small line saying it was made with VisitingCards.store.
  • The Privacy and Report this card links.

If a paid plan ends, your card stays up with a light VisitingCards.store watermark across it. See What happens to my card after I cancel?.

Good to know

Visitors in some countries are asked first whether they allow a record of their visit. See Why a card asks me to "Allow".
