Your card's own QR code vs a tracked QR code
All plansYour card's own QR code is the one on Home; a tracked QR code is an extra one you make on Links & QR for one place, so its scans are counted on their own.

Your card's own QR code
Every card has one, made when you signed up. It is the code in Scan & Share on Home and on the Share & QR screen, and on Links & QR its row is marked the card's own. It always opens your card, its scans are counted on that row, and it cannot be deleted.
A tracked QR code
With Pro you can make as many more as you like on Links & QR, one for each place you hand your card out: a box of printed cards, a stand at an event, your email signature. Each has its own address, its own QR code and its own numbers, so you can see which place brings people. See Making a tracked link or QR code.
Pro is $0.99 a month.
Which one to use
- Just sharing your card: your card's own code is all you need.
- Printing a code, or putting one somewhere you want to measure: make a tracked one for that place first.
The QR code on your card page
With QR code on the card switched on, your card shows a code of its own, for someone standing in front of you. That code, and your card's plain address (what Copy Card Link copies), are not tracked links: they open your card directly, so opening them counts as a view of your card, not as a scan. See Showing a QR code on the card itself and What counts as a scan?.
