A thank-you when someone saves your card

1. Open Notify, then the Automations tab.

2. Open Thank you for keeping my card.

3. Write the Title and the Message: a thank-you, and a line on how to reach you.

4. In Wait before it goes, choose Straight away, An hour later, Four hours later or The next day.

5. Tick Switched on and press Save.

It goes out once to each phone that adds your card to its home screen, and once to each phone that adds your wallet pass. A phone that does either twice is only thanked once.

It arrives as a notification when that phone has notifications from your card on. If it does not, and the phone holds your wallet pass, it arrives on the pass instead. A phone with neither cannot be reached, and nothing is charged for it.

It starts with the phones that add your card after you switch it on. It does not go back through anyone who added it before, and if you switch it off and on again, phones that added it while it was off are not thanked.

Each thank-you costs one credit, taken when it goes out.
