The day 0, 2 and 7 series

This series is Follow-up after we meet, on the Automations tab of Notify. It starts when someone sends you the Stay in touch form, and it reaches them only if their phone allowed notifications from your card or holds your wallet pass.

1. Open Notify, then Automations, then Follow-up after we meet.

2. Write a Title and a Message for Straight away, Two days later and A week later. Leave a step empty to skip it.

3. Leave Stop the rest when they write to you again ticked if the series should stop when they get in touch.

4. Tick Switched on and press Save.

Each step is counted from the moment they wrote, not from the step before it, so the last message goes a week after you met.

With Stop the rest when they write to you again ticked, the rest is called off if that person sends you the form again, or writes to your connected WhatsApp number.

It starts with the people who write to you after you switch it on, and so does every later switch-on: nobody who wrote to you while it was off is picked up. Switching it off stops everyone part way through, and they do not get the rest when you switch it on again. Each phone goes through the series once.

Each message costs one credit, taken when it goes out. If a step is due when that person has already had their message that day, or their phone cannot be reached, that step is skipped and the next one still comes. If you have no credits when a step is due, it waits and goes out as soon as credits arrive.
